Welcome to Inventory ProBoxin, a cloud-based inventory management platform operated by ProBoxin Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website at https://inventory.proboxin.com, including all features, tools, and services. By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using Inventory ProBoxin, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. ProBoxin Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise security.

License and Use Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these terms, ProBoxin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Inventory ProBoxin platform for lawful business purposes. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service; (b) use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover source code; or (d) use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

Subscription and Payments

Inventory ProBoxin offers subscription-based plans. Fees, billing cycles, and plan features are detailed on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed for partial months or unused features.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or provided through Inventory ProBoxin are owned by ProBoxin Technologies or its licensors. You retain ownership of your data, but grant ProBoxin a limited license to host, process, and transmit it solely to provide the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. ProBoxin may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data export options are available during your active subscription; archived data may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Inventory ProBoxin is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive for uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProBoxin Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be posted at https://inventory.proboxin.com/terms-conditions. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance where feasible.
